Procedure Templates

The Problem

  eClinicalWorks does not have pre-programmed templates for procedures done in-clinic. Procedures consists of the following: imaging, surgical, injection, etc. Without a pre-programmed template, the provider has to repetitively type their procedural notes and overall dictation, while billing has to insert the CPT codes, level of visit, and other things that pertain to the procedure. This can be very time consuming, especially if practice performs numerous procedures on a daily basis.

The Tune-Up

We can customize and program procedure templates where all it would require from the provider is on click to activate the template and will contain all the required documentation to complete the chart.

  • Customized procedure template that contains all documentation required to complete the chart
  • Pre-programmed CPT codes, billing codes, and level of visit
  • Template can be customized to document the provider’s specific wants and needs for documentation purposes
